Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

If he is unable to squat with pain and fever it could be infection septic arthritis. Please consult orthopedician. Get an X-ray done along with antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prasanna Lakshmi, Pediatrician
