Hello,

For rule out pregnancy urine hcg card test should be done. The sign of pregnancy is the delay period. For diarrhea maintain hydration with lots of water. Stool routine micro examination and occult blood test done and accordingly report if needed antibiotic course prescribed. You should get rid of heroin addiction by attending a de-addiction programme. Consult a physician for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
