What Causes Chronic Vomiting Along With Body Ache?

My 23-year-old son begin vomiting this morning. Except for when he’s vomiting he’s extremely drowsy and yet too restless to sleep. No congestion, unknown if running a fever he alternates rapidly between hot and cold. No identified source for exposure. Denies nuchal rigidity though is generally sore all over. Is it the flu? He has not seen anyone but me since Sunday and while I have a sinus infection I don’t have any symptoms like his

* As per my clinical experience, he is having intestine infection through some sort of bacteria or virus which may be caught via some food or liquids.
* I recommend that you consult him with his PCP and get prescription of basic medicines as anti emetic (ondancetron or others), PPI as Omeprazole and analgesic as Paracetamol for faster recovery.
