What Causes Chronic Throbbing Headache With Stiffness In Neck?

Hi, I ve been having throbbing headaches and a stiff neck. It is hard for me to turn my head left. I been having this problem for over 3weeks. I ve been to the doctor he said its torticollis but I m taking pain pills doesn t really do much. I m really worried that its something serious. I did just get a x ray done just in case. What are your thoughts?

it can be cervical spondilytis or ocular migraine. can take x-ray of cervical spine. but use hard bed. use neck color. no pillow while sleeping. take tab combiflam and hot compression in neck. for migraine start taking migrainil tab let one tablet to start with and increase up to 6tab till all symptoms improved.
