What Causes Chronic Sporadic Dizziness, Ear Pain And Ringing In Ears?

Hi, I have been experiencing dizziness on and off for about 8 years. Doctors and care providers always say it is probably benign and may have something to do with my ears and balance. I don t ever have ear aches but do have ringing in my ears. Lately the dizziness has gotten much worse and I am tired all the time. I am worried this could be something more serious but have no idea what kind of doctor to see. I just had a general check up and all of my lab work came back normal. Suggestions of who to see or what might be causing this?

Hi,

Lab work like pure tone air, bone speech discrimination score, fta abs, if you have tried treatment for 10 to 15 days with physician then MRI is recommended, thyroid levels can be done. These will give idea about treatment to be taken. Moreover, stress and psychological and feeling of low energy can be overcome by practising sukshm yoga breathing exercise [art of living online happyness course is much helpful as compared to anti-depressants.

You can check with neurologist and ENT specialist [take care of diet avoid caffeine or any stimulant, alcohol, smoking] take lots of fruits, vegetables, drink 7-8 glasses of water, sleep 8 hrs [these physiological things are sometimes enough to revert back].

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
