What Causes Chronic Pain With ESR 23mm? Suggest Medication

my maid has been having bad cough for over 6 weeks. she has been on many antibiotics, her recent ESR is 23 MM

is she having an infectious desease. what is the treatment you can recommend. Thanks much

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Looking at the hematological reports, I do not find any abnormality enough to call it a infectious disease. Maybe now she is in recovery stage.
Other causes of cough like allergy also needs to be ruled out.
If cough is productive, sputum examination (test and culture) would be helpful in identifying the organism and also sensitivity of antibiotics.
