General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You may be suffering from spondylitis of neck and back . Using antinflamatory drugs such Advil or Naproxen can help you with pain. Physiotherapy can help.

Your wife may benefit from physiotherapy too. Also she can use cymbalta and lyrica for pain and anxiety . An exercise routine can help her cope better with fybromyalgia.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
