I suffered a ganglion hemorrhagic stroke 9 months ago. I don t have much feeling on my left side. I took a good spill a few hours ago fallin flat on the pavement while tripping over a child car set. Hello,

I am sorry to hear about the fall. The fact that you have no swelling and no bruise is quite reassuring but if you are not able to put your weight on the leg on the left side it might be best that you see a doctor and make sure you have not damaged important structures in the knee or broken bones.
Meanwhile you might get better with some painkillers such as paracetamol and ibuprofen and try to avoid falling episodes. Some local cold pads might help reduce the pain as well.
