Taking pain killer would merely suppress the issue for particular time span, but you need a consultation with your primary care for proper evaluation and management with: - Prescription of antibiotics as cefpodoxime with clavulanic acid, decongestant and supportive care - Plugging ears with sterile cotton, avoid exposure to cold wind - Postural management to avoid hyper flexion or extension, rotatory movements of the nape of neck.
