What Causes Chronic Pain And Stiffness In Joints?

I have been experiencing chronic pain for about 6 months. The pain is in my joints and will be in different joints depending on the day. I am very stiff when I get up in the morning or after sitting for to long. I have from time to time feelings of foggy head like I ve been drugged and I have severe fatigue most days.

i can understand your concern.
i would like to know your age which would help in diagnosing the ailment.
does the stiffness and pain get relieved after movements or is the pain aggravated??
are there any swellings over the joints in hands or feet???
does the joints produce crackling noises???
it seems you are having arthritis of the joints.
i would advise a few basic tests lie Rheumatoid factor, serum uric acid levels and xray of the affected joint.
based on these some specific treatment would be required to be taken by you.
i would advise an antiflammatory drug like tab aceclofenac 100mg twice daily for one week initially.
tab shelcal ct(calcium+d3) to be taken once daily for two months.
local application of diclofenac gel and hot fomentation would be helpful.
kindly get back with the reports.
