Have Osteoarthritis In Neck. Stiffness And Pain In Shoulder And Back. How To Get Relief?

I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my neck about 3 years ago.This similar type of pain has now gone into both shoulders and upper back. The pain involves stiffness and chronic pain . I have regular message therapy , and eases the pain but only for about 2 to 3 days, then it comes back again.What can I do to ease the stiffness and pain?

The stiffness and pain that you are having is due to the gradually increasing degenerative changes in your cervical spine. In addition to the regular physiotherapy, oral muscle relaxants are also required for proper relief.
