What Causes Chronic Numbness Below The Knee?

For two months I ve been experiencing permanent tightness/numbness below both knees and above both ankles.now with this, I m experiencing off and on but often, tightness/numbness and bloating at rib cage and below breasts, but also feet and shoulders neck chest and face numbness too, off and on..idk waiting to see a specialist

Studied your query in full depth of its details.Reviewed it in context of your health concerns.
Based On the facts,You seem to suffer from-DVT with Canal Stenosis?with Bloated Stomach with HIGH BP,giving discomfort in whole body.
Possibility of the Leg numbness could be due to prolapsed disc with compression of the L3,4,5 roots.
Would suggest Color Dopler/ with CT Abdomen and chest to diagnose the cause of such complaint complex.
