What Causes Chronic Migraines With Vomiting Post Concussion?

My 13 son was hit by a much bigger running kid and fell really hard backwards. His head literally bounced off the floor. He had a concussion. This was over 3 months ago and he has since been experiencing chronic migraines to the point of throwing up about twice a week. The last two weeks he is getting daily sometime more than once daily nosebleeds that take at least 20 minutes to stop.they say ct scan is normal but could there be something very wrong

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Please get your son checked by an ENT (Ear/Nose/Throat) specialist as this may be a different problem like nasal polyps which coincidentally surfaced post head injury.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shilpi Kulshreshtha, General & Family Physician
