What Causes Chronic Migraine And Pain In The Neck?

Hello - I have chronic migraines for 30 years and have had neck pain and shoulder pain for several years mostly on left side. Had nerve ablation on C2, C3 and I think C4 October 2016. Over past 2 years developed hip pain and over past month heel pain and now A week ago the tip of my left middle finger is cold and a little tingles. All on left side. My sister has MS. Should I be concerned with MS or maybe this is another nerve or muscle issue. Thank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

In my opinion, the pain that you are feeling all over the body is not related to a migraine. It can be rheumatoid arthritis. I suggest you do a complete blood count and rheumatoid factor level to confirm the cause.

Meanwhile, you can use anti-inflammatory medication to reduce the pain such as Ibuprofen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
