What Causes Chronic Lower Back Pain With Abdominal Cramps?
Yes I have lower back pain like a strain but also have lower abdomen pain like cramping but I have hysterectomy 25 years ago so no female related. A heat pad/patch has helped with the back pain but now I am wondering why I feel awful in front - about 3 days now - started with back pain only

The symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection. I suggest you do a complete blood count and a urinalysis to confirm the diagnosis.
Meanwhile, I suggest you drink liquids and especially cranberry juice for relief.
