What Causes Chronic Itching In Between The Thighs?

I have been itching on both my thigh joints for years. Every evening, there s a collection of a brown substance there. When I scratch continuously, the substance drops off line damp powder. In the past, I used anti-fungal creams and they worked temporarily but it always came back. That portion of my body is now black from itching. What can I do to stop this permanently?

It can be due to some fungal infection or allergy for which you take antibiotics like cefadroxyl or zifi-cv after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or Avil for itching or rashes. Apply betnovate-c or clobit-gm cream locally on the affected area. You can take steroids if not improved with above treatment.
