General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Chronic hoarseness of voice with ENT follow up may indicate various possible issues such as:
- Persistent allergy to possible antigens or allergens such as animal dander, grass or else
- Low grade laryngeal edema or tonsillitis
- True or false vocal cord polyp
- Residual pharyngitis
- Post nasal drip
- Persistent smoking

If you can provide me MRI reports and other investigations if any available with your for the follow up discussion; it would be of immense help.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
