What Causes Chronic Heaviness In Leg With Pain?

Have a friend who states his right light feels like dead weight; he can lift it, however, not as high as his left leg. I ve noticed he drags the leg from time to time. He often states there is no pain, but there are times it appears that he is in pain. Any direction would be great!

Hi I did understand your concern
I believe your friend is experiencing neurological function deficit in his right leg. Now that could be froma defect anywhere from brain to peripheral nerves . For this he needs to be evaluated by a neurologist and also get investigations done like nerve conduction studies and electromyography. also imaging studies of spinal cord or brain in form of MRI may be needed,
I hope this suggestion helps
good luck!
