What Causes Chronic Headaches Along With Dizziness And Blurred Vision?

Just some background real quick.......I had an accident,I broke through rotted boards on a deck& landed on my sacral joint on a crossbeam.Since this happened,I have developed Fibromyalgia,Sacrolitis, arthritis in my neck, mid foot arthritis,Arthritis in the big toe on same foot,Bilateral Achiles,Patelloral,Peroneal Tendinitis as well as bilateral tendinitis in my elbows.I also have headaches alot,TMJ, blurry vision, dizziness at times and lose my balance. My left eye was starting to go mildly lazy.I have been working with a Chiropracter that also specializes in Neurology and brain injuries. The eye looks better, but my vision continued to go downhill after I got hurt.I went to the eye Dr, my prescription increased signifigantly,I now have glasses with very thick lenses and they found a small cataract on my left eye. Its too small to remove. Basically I want to know how this happened if I wasnt poked in the eye.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello

The headache with dizziness and blurred vision after an accident indicates possible issue with certain areas of the brain as occipital lobe visual cortex or temporal, parietal areas from where the optic nerve fibers are passing for their destination.Kindly discuss the need for an MRI brain for final diagnosis and cure as cataract is not a seeming possibility with these symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
