What Causes Chronic Fatigue, Abdominal Pain, Nausea And Diarrhea?

I ve noticed that I ve been extremely tired the past week, I sleep fine during the night but during the day I feel so drained. And I ve been having tummy trouble, I ll feel like I m starving but when I eat something I ll feel miserable and nauseous. Plus I ve had diarrhea. I don t think I m pregnant, so would anyone have any idea of what might be going on?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Just thinking that you are not pregnant will not serve the purpose. It is better you rule out that you aren't pregnant by testing your urine for pregnancy (UPT / HPT). If it is negative, then what complaints you are having could be due to mixed gastrointestinal (GI) infection.
Kindly do the following and you should feel better in a week time.
1. Take Tablet. Domperidone + Pantoprazole combination once a day at day time 30 minutes before food for 5 days.
2. Take Tablet. Ciprofloxacin + Tinidazole combination twice a day after food for 5 days.
3. Take Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS) or Electrolyte Powder dissolved in water thrice a day for 3 days.
4. Drink good quantity of water, tender coconut and citrus fruit juices.
5. Eat bland diet with good quantity of easily digestible carbohydrates for 5 days. Preferably for first 2 days, take small quantity meals at frequent intervals.
Wish you speedy recovery.
