i was explaining to my friend about endometriosis, i was diagnosed with it at 19 and was treated for it, after that my symptoms got worse as well as better. when i was 22 i had a missed miscarriage and after having a d and c i had the coil inserted but it got infected and i hemorrhaged 3 days later losing nearly 5 pints of blood, every since the i have had discomfort in the genital area and and i am aware when i have thrush or bacterial vaginosis and get treat asap but this has been the same since losing the baby, my friend believe i may have lupus syndrome, i have checked online for symptoms and see that i do have some of the same symptoms, what should i do?
