Hi ! Thank you for posting your query here .

I would say that after doing these examination and ruled out any gastrointestinal problem of diarrhea , the cause may be of drug he use , or cause of diabetic diarrhea .

About the pancreas the stools are typically : oily stools ( cause the fatt can't be absorbed ) and hard to flush down in the toilet , pain in the uper belly If the woman have these should need to evaluate pancreatic enzymes .
I would ask you , does she takes metformine drug - ? This drug is the most often cause of diarrhea in diabetics , should consider to change the medication or the dosage in this case .

Another condition is what we called diabetic diarrhea ,is an autonomic neuropathy .
This happens when the nerves that controll the bowel movements is damaged .The diarrhea in this case
is watery , happens often during the night .Also effect the absorbatiom of the food causing good in stools. This condition we treat by giving antidiarrheal agents such as loperamid and high fiver diet .You local doctor should prescribe the medication

Wish these help .
