What Causes Chronic Cough While Suffering From Pneumonia?
I came down with a bad cough Dec 15 It turned into a start of slight pneumonia But never had fever or anything . Just cough I am still coughing Especially when I talk My dr just put me on prednisone for 2 weeks It’s so frustrating and I’m just concerned that I’m still coughing It seems to be more where I have phlegm that I need to clear But it’s not green or anything What do y thing it is

Dear pneumonia it's self cause coughing. Steroids better to avoid why because it may cause immuno suppression and give chance to spread pneumonia.
Use water vapour inhalation, use antibiotics for one week depending on your body weight. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
