With the limited history given, chronic abdominal pain in your case could be related to ovarian cyst, renal stones or pelvic inflammatory disease. Need info regarding history of fever, weight loss, obstetric history. Get an ultrasound abdominopelvic with a full bladder so that visualization is better and consult your gynecologist.
