General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Placenta previa is a not an emergency and we can wait till term and you might require a Caesarean section. However cholestasis and jaundice in pregnancy can become major problem and has to be managed accordingly. Consult a gynaecologist and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
