What Causes Chills, Tiredness And Sweat In A Diabetic?

I have been experiencing these symptoms for about three weeks. I have chills, took my temperature and it has been running 95 degrees and sometimes 97 degrees. I feel tired, but anytime I do any work, I break into a cold sweat. I am diabetic, but keep my A1C under 7; have controlled high blood pressure; and thyroid nodules. Could this be related to any of these?

hi, you have typical symptoms of hypoglycemia (low sugars). a slight reduction of the dose of the drugs you are using might help you. if the sugars are not low, another possibility is autonomic neuropathy where one can have spontaneous sweating which can be felt as chills. you may consult a physician for further evaluation. all the best.
