What Causes Chills After Stomach Upset?

Hi ,
For the past 3 days my stomach have been rumbling , i felt chills and have headache on and off . On the first day i have diarrhea but now my stools have remain normal but my stomach still feel quesy . The chills im experiencing is on and off basis. Please help . Thanks doc!

According to your complain you have problem abdominal rumpling that may be normal peristaltic sound or hunger.
If you have problem of diarrhea or constipation or blood in stool or other problems present than do a further investigation.

Intestinal infection may cause abdominal rumblings...
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Detail history and investigation give exact idea about problems.
