Pediatrician 's  Response
Dear parent,

you have not provided details of other symptoms, medication and also how much is fever at night? Are you giving OTC meds for fever?
One week is enough time to wait on your own.
I will suggest to see the nearest pediatrician or a doctor. Because such a fever can be due to many things, depending on your location. He may need a few investigations too, to come to a diagnosis.
