What Causes Chest Twinges And Heart Flutters?
I am having slight twinges in my chest every now and then, and I had small flutters in my heart while running this morning. I am a 21 year old female, and do not have a history of heart disease in my family. I ve experienced palpitations before and had an EKG about two years ago, but my doctor said the EKG results were fine. However I still periodically get palpitations. I ve noticed that the palpitations happen more when I m tired or hungover. The twinges in my chest are worrying me.

Such symptoms could be due to some anxiety and depression once the EKG is okay then this is nothing to worry, try to keep the stress level very low or nil, at the most you go for ECHO test just to clear the doubt, hope this information helps, take care.
