Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case. She is most probably having post viral myalgia. In this condition there is joint pain and weakness . I would suggest you to do following.
1.Get his blood test like ESR,CRP and Ra factor.
2.Start Tablet Brufen 400 mg twice daily.
3.Hot water fomentation, avoid cold temperature as it causes more stiffness.
4.Tablet HCQ if ESR is raised.
5. Calcium and vitmainD 3 daily to treat senile osteoporosis.
I hope these steps will help her. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
