What Causes Chest Pain?

I have no money but if you answer questions free then here goes a whopper for you: I am diagnosed with rapid cycling bipolar disorder treated with a cocktail of meds, the most important one being lithium, diagnosis 14 years. Secondary diagnosis personality disorder med treatment combined with bipolar cocktail. The problem: my lithium bounced up and down within 30 days and changed levels after every adjustment. I had been feeling high anxiety for about 2 or 3 days prior to the sudden chest pain and vreathing difficulties. Brought to the hospital my lithium level was low and they discovered my hypothyroidism and started treatment on my thyroid right away. Q: IS IT SAFE FOR ME TO STILL SMOKE A PACK A DAY AND HAVE MAYBE 3 OR4 BEERS ON NIGHT OF THE WEEK ON A WEEKEND?
