What Causes Chest Pain With Cold Sweats With Short Breaths?

Hi my husband right now is having chest pain and breaking out in a cold sweat and is having shorh tness of breath and can t hardly talk, he has taking two nitro pills , you put the under your tounge. he can t hardly walk. he has had 2 hearts attact in last 6 months they have alreadly put stints in heart and that has been 2 times they had to do that. he says he is find don t worrie but i am very worried about him. and also he hasn t been taking his blood thiners, or baby aspains. it is making me very worried about him. he says he is alright and won t go to the hosptial. he is coughing and saying he can t catch his breath. what would help him right now? because he refuses to go to hosptial. and i am very worried due to all of the signs pointing to a heart attact.

Hi welcome to HCM
All his symptoms are suggestive of ongoing MI.So immediately get an ECG ,Troponin T,2D Echo,complete blood picture,chest x ray.Do ot neglect.There could be chance of restenosis.so he needs an emergency Coronary angiogram+_angioplasty.if untreated may lead to sudden cardiac arrest.Meanwhile drugs like Anti platelets,Anti hypertensives,betablockers,nitrates will be helpful.He should continue his medication forever as it will prevent re stenosis.Never stop the medication until your doctor advises.Consult your cardiologist immediately for emergency management.
