What Causes Chest Pain With Burning Sensation And Numbness?

I m a 17 year old female and this morning around 7 am, I had a sudden pain in the middle of my chest while I was sweeping. The pain last only for a few seconds and then it went away. After a few minutes I started feeling a numbing/burning sensation go from the middle of my chest to my arm to the middle of my back. I still have the numbing/burning sensation but not as strong as before. At first I thought it was just a premature vascular contraction or because of stress but it just doesnt seem right. Should I be worried?

* Should not get panic , guidelines for better recovery

very fast .

Since your symptoms started after sweeping, possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely.
So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid movements causing pain.
2. Avoid sudden jerky movements of chest.
3. Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest and arm.
4. Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs like ibuprofen and thiocolchicoside.
5. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these in 2-3 days.
