What Causes Chest Pain While Swallowing Food?

Hi I am having pain in my chest when swallowing food and it hurts really bad. When I breath in it feels a little tights also. I can t eat or drink anything without feeling it go all the way down my chest and hurting. I have also had the chills and have been really cold.
