What Causes Chest Pain While Suffering From Upper Respiratory Tract Infection?

Hi, I am 16 and I was recently diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. However, the right side of my chest is in a lot of pain every time I breathe. I have had this problem before but now it feels like it s getting worse. I feel like I m not getting enough air and light headed. It hurts when I breathe too heavy

First do xray chest to rule out fibrosis or congestion. Secondly check O2 saturation of blood in the body.This will lead to proper diagnosis and then take symptomatic treatment.
