What Causes Chest Pain While On Concor?

I am 50 years old. Have BP and taking Concor 5 mg. For the last week i am having a pain in the chest area while sex, masturbation or hard work. The pain increases with increased activity. Fast breathing also induces the pain. After a while the pain goes off. Please suggest.

Hello, my name is Dr Olgeta Xhufka. I understand your concern. You are having an effort angina. Try not to do activities that couse you angina, try to keep yourself oxygenated , keep BP under cotrol and hypolipidic diet. The medical treatment of it consists on nitrates. , b -blockers anc Ca blockers. If it worses leads to myocardial infarction.
