What Causes Chest Pain, Sweating, Lightheadedness And Swollen Lymph Nodes After Running?

I ve recently had a psvt run sustaining in the 200s and lasting 45 mins (chest pain, SOB, sweaty, light headed), a few days after that I ve noticed swollen lymph nodes in my neck and it keeps switching sides every few days. Any relation to the psvt? Was seen in ER for the psvt and follow up with doctor (nothing could be explained) and then the swollen lymph nodes started.

I dont think that swollen lymph nodes are due to PSVT. The common causes for swollen neck nodes are infections especially the Upper Respiratory Tract Infection, although it can be due to other causes for example drugs, chronic infections etc. You may have simultaneous pharyngitis, sinusitis or other URTI. My advice is to go to your doctor for proper checkup.
