i am 43 year old with 76 kg weight and 183 cm height. i am feeling chest pain all around center of its for four days and its increase with climate get cold to coldest.i also carried heavy luggage on my back ,while travelling . i also suffer from snoring with breathlessness in night. every year my medical examination is conducted with blood test & ecg & every thing is normal. pl advise ...

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here suggestive of some muscular pain that might be due to poor posture try to maintain the posture, just for the safe side it is advisable to get done the EKG test, if the condition does not cured then further investigation is required like X-ray chest, hope this information helps take care and have a nice day.
