What Causes Chest Pain In Between Breasts Along With Black Tongue?

Hi, so yesterday I was having chest pain right in the middle of my chest between my boobs . It felt like a heavy push down, tight feeling... hard pain most of the day . Today I woke up with a black tongue, nasty taste like medal..I don t know what it could be.

Dear- thanks for asking us a question and will help you with my medical advise.Chest pain between breast without radiation to the arm or jaw could be secondary to heartburn, esophageal irritation due to acid reflux.This can be the reason for your bad taste and changes in the color of your tongue, due to chronic irritation from the acid.The chest pain can be so bad that can mimic heart condition, for which is advisable to sleep with your head elevated and avoid sleeping just after eat,trying to wait at least 2 hrs. You can try an antiacid before going to sleep to decrease the acid production at night.
