What Causes Chest Pain And Weakness While Moving A Heavy Object?
yesterday i was moveing a heavy object and caused a chest pain witch is not abnormal for me but today I feel week I lay down and get clamy sweaty i do have some slight chest pain today with neck and arm pain but very slight I do have a left bundow block on ekg with high blood presure and coranay artirie spams

It seems that due to stressful work you get some coronary ischemia giving rise this problem.
You have got some cardiac problem as well.
Avoid heavy exercise, lifting heavy weight or straneous work.
Consult your cardiologist for further evaluation.
