What Causes Chest Pain And Palpitations While Suffering From CKD?

Yes, my 24 year old daughter is in stage 3 of CKD. She is on Losartan, Mycophenolate, Plaquenil, and a baby aspirin daily. She was diagnosed about a year and half ago. The believe the cause of kidney filter damage was due to a bout of Lupus, although she currently tests negative for Lupus. This week she has been having some chest pain in her sternum area and says her heartbeat feels like it s high. It s not all the time, it comes and goes and has been occurring the past 3 days
