General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Should rule out possible cardiovascular event. Your last visit to the hospital was one year ago, while the chest pain and numbness in left arm has started since one week now.

So, I highly recommend going to ER in order not to lose too much time.

Cardiac tests like EKG, echocardiogram and stress test should be run first. Then, should go for blood tests and neurological examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini,
