Noted you have
chest pain while going for sleep....
It take 90 minute for getting sleep means you have
sleep induction problem....
Because of that you are taking excess stress and yes this
anxiety leading mild chest pain.....
So be relax ....don't worry for sleep....
Here are few advise for better sleep.
Don't eat heavy while taking dinner....
If feeling hungry snack can be taken...
Daily regular exercise done...
Coffe , alcohol etc avoided before sleep...
Avoid late night party.
Go for sleep before 12 at night....
Try to avoid attending phone calls before sleep....
If still no benefit then
zolpidem drug can be taken....
