Hi, thank you for your query at Healthcare Magic.

I understand your concern, but I need some more information about your condition.
Do you have any cardiovascular event before? Hypertension? Heart attack?

Unfortunately, the information you give is not enough for us to predict the disease you may have.
About chest cold, or bronchitis, this condition is possibly correlate with your chest congestion. The inflammation that occurred is very large and swollen (thickened) so the respiratory tract is relatively narrowed.

The etiologies are:
1. Virus, mostly influenza virus
2. Bacteria,
3. Smoking effect

The common manifestations are:
1. Cough
2. Fever
3. Heavy breathing
4. Joint pain
5. chest pain
6. Dizziness, etc.

To understand this conditions, I'll suggest you to meet your local doctor.
The doctor may recommend you to do some examinations such as x-ray examination, blood examination, electrocardiogram, etc.
