What Causes Chest And Abdominal Pain Along With Swollen Lymph Nodes?

Fluttering heart, often chest pain in random spots back and front mostly right side, often abdominal pain. Swollen lymphnodes, disturbed vision in right eye, swollen temple next to right eye which can be seen when moving jaw down. Had B12 and D defficiency aswell as EBV, now B12 is a bit too much and Iron has gone up twice the norm. And i m really tired all the time.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is better to get done the EKG and ECHO and if this is being done and are normal one then it is nothing to worry because it may not be the cardiac disease, lymph node may be enlarge but it may not be swelling, for the vision ophthalmic opinion is must because it may not be due to what is being stated here, over all it does not seems to be any thing that need to be worried hope this information helps.
