What Causes Change In Menstruation Cycle After A C-section?

I had my last child via csection in October 2014 followed by a tubal ligation. I bled for a week after birth. Just got my first period on December 5th which lasted 7 days,an now as of yesterday December 29th I have started another. What s going on? Why 2 periods in one month?

it can only hormonal imbalance. can be having lactation induced period problem. this will be alright from next month. nothing to worry.
