for several years, I have had a small callus on the bottom of my foot. Right at the ball of my foot as my toes end. Two days ago I noticed a small black dot. It almost looks like a blackhead, that s how small it is. Thought it would come off as I attempted to remove the dryness of the callus but it doesn t. What do you think it could be?
It could be of great help if you send a picture of the blackhead or black dot to me. So I can analyze the changes myself. From what you are saying, it is related to local trauma caused by the callus.
I do not recommend to remove the hard part by using a sharp object. I recommend to use anti callus plast or lotion to dissolve the hard skin, so it will remove by itself.
Looking forward to have the requested photo in.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
All the best.
