What Causes Calf Muscle Pain While Brisk Walking?

I am having calf muscle pain for many years now. I used to get the pain whenever I tried to walk briskly. But I wasn't feeling this when I used treadmill. Nowadays I am using the treadmill only for my exercise. Often I experience pain in the calf muscles (more on right leg front side) Will Evion 400 help? I was suggested by a doc to take this for getting relief from pain. Pl. advice.

This muscle spasm may be relieved by muscle stretching exercises ,drug baclofen along with evion 400.
