What Causes Burning Sensation On The Tip Of The Penis?
Doctor, I feel burning sensation in the tip of my penis since 3 days and i feel a little amount of pus underneath of foreskin. I had an unprotected sex before 7 days with an elderly woman. I had before 3 months ago with her but we didnt encounter any problems. Also i am a recurrent patient of fungal infection in penis (white lump in forehead) and had medications several times. I fear i have a STD.

It may be due to urethritis. Generally, it will settle by itself even without any definite treatment. As of now, drink plenty of water.
If symptoms persist better to consult a urologist and get evaluated.
