As per your query you have symptoms of burning sensation on the throat after eating which are pointing towards a condition known as gastroesophageal reflux disease which leads to release of oesophageal sphincter and causes excess acid production. It is possibility that you have eaten certain things in your food that are causing an allergic reaction and you are experiencing itching and burning sensation in throat after eating . As of now you can take anti allergics like Benadryl and anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen for relief but you should consult an Allergist soon and get evaluated and he can advise you allergic testing like Food challenge test, RAST test etc to rule out the foods that cause allergic reaction .
